Warranty information
The manufacturer provides:
- 10-year warranty on the quality of the housing part of the underground wastewater treatment plant. The warranty is valid from the date of sale or transfer of the unit to the buyer (whichever occurs first).
- 2-year warranty on the blower.
Warranty conditions:
- The warranty covers defects in the underground housing caused by poor quality materials, manufacturing or design defects.
- The manufacturer undertakes to eliminate any defects discovered within a reasonable period of time free of charge and, if necessary, to carry out commissioning and adjustment work.
The warranty is only valid if the defects have been reported to the manufacturer in writing within the warranty period.
